What to expect

How renting from Glasswing works.

  1. Application

    Submit a rental application online. Background and credit screening through a licensed FCRA1 provider. Decisions in 2 to 3 business days.

  2. Move-in

    Lease signing online. Documented move-in inspection with photos. Keys and welcome packet handed over in person.

  3. Living there

    Pay rent online. Submit maintenance requests with photos and track each one through to resolution. Reach us by SMS or portal message.

What we ask

A two-way agreement.

Living in a Glasswing-managed home is a two-way agreement. Here is what we ask in return.

  • Pay rent on time. Rent is due on the first. Late fees apply consistently and are spelled out in your lease.
  • File maintenance requests through the portal. Photos and a written record beat phone tag every time. Emergency contact information is in the welcome packet.
  • Tell us about changes. Additional occupants, new pets, a switch in employer or income. We would rather know early than be surprised at renewal.
  • Communicate before small issues become big ones. A leaky faucet today is cheaper than a ceiling repair next month. We respond.
  • Treat the home with the care you would want returned to you. We document the move-in condition with photos. We document the move-out the same way.
