- Accounting. Segregated trust accounts (PMIC1 compliant), monthly owner statements, and 1099 generation at year end.
- Compliance. SCRLTA2-compliant notices, a full fair-housing audit trail, and Schedule E3-ready year-end summaries.
- Renewals and turnover. Proactive renewal proposals and full move-out accounting with an itemized deposit return.
Pricing
Two structures. Your choice.
We offer two pricing structures for owners, and you choose which fits your portfolio.
- By the door. A flat monthly fee per managed unit. Predictable across vacancies, simpler to budget, and rewards a stable property over a high-churn one.
- Percent of rent. A percentage of rent collected each month. Aligns our fee directly with the income the property actually generates.
