We collect information you provide directly, through inquiry forms, rental applications, lease documents, and ongoing communications. This may include your name, contact information, government-issued identification, employment and income details, rental history, and payment information.

For rental applications, we collect information necessary to perform background and credit screening through a licensed Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) provider.

How we use information

We use information to evaluate applications, manage active tenancies, perform property-related accounting, generate required reports for property owners, comply with applicable law, and communicate with you about your tenancy or inquiry.

How we share information

We share information with property owners we represent (limited to information necessary for them to make ownership decisions), licensed screening providers, vendors performing maintenance work, and government agencies when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

We retain tenant and applicant records for the period required by South Carolina law and our records-retention policy. Specific retention periods are available on request.
