Who we are
Built for transparency.
Founded in 2026, Glasswing was built around a simple frustration: too many property managers treat owners and tenants as numbers on a quarterly report. We started by managing our own rental door, learned what good looked like from the inside, and built the systems that became Glasswing.
We are not the cheapest, the largest, or the flashiest. We aim to be the most transparent.
Licensing
Regulated and accountable.
Property management in South Carolina requires a Property Manager in Charge license1 through the South Carolina Real Estate Commission.
Glasswing's PMIC license: [license number]. [Property Manager in Charge name] is the Property Manager in Charge of record.
We are bound by the South Carolina Residential Landlord and Tenant Act, the Fair Housing Act, and the FCRA-licensed screening process used in every application.
